WHEN CAN I SHOP?

Rabbit Hill Lifestyle is a once a month online pop-up. We normally schedule the pop-up during the first or second Saturday of the month. The opening time for the shop is 9 AM Pacific / 12 noon Eastern time and the corresponding time, in time-zones worldwide. We do not sell outside of scheduled pop-ups.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We ship with DHL Express International shipping or Standard Post to destinations all over the world. Unless otherwise noted -- All items are shipped from FRANCE within 5 - 10 business days after the pop-up concludes.

WHAT ABOUT TRACKING AND INSURANCE?

DHL provides a tracking number for your shipment as soon as your package is on the way. We offer supplemental insurance for fragile items (pottery, vintage and glassware) for a small additional fee (purchased separately) to cover the full value of your purchase, should your item be damaged in transit.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Due to the cost of transit and import fees, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please read all of the details about your item before you purchase as all sales are final.

CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER REQUEST OR PURCHASE BETWEEN SALES?

Unfortunately, our schedule doesn’t permit us to sell ‘offline’ when the shop is not open, but we are happy to take requests and find out what you hope for us to restock, keeping in mind that most vintage items are one-of-a-kind.
