DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We ship with DHL Express International shipping or Standard Post to destinations all over the world. Unless otherwise noted -- All items are shipped from FRANCE within 3-5 days after purchase with a slightly longer processing time during larger shopping events. Orders are always shipped in the order that they are received.

WHAT ABOUT TRACKING AND INSURANCE?

DHL provides a tracking number for your shipment as soon as your package is on the way. We offer supplemental insurance for fragile items (pottery, vintage and glassware) for a small additional fee (purchased separately) to cover the full value of your purchase, should your item be damaged in transit. But keep in mind that not all items qualify for insurance, so be sure to send us a message if you have any questions about coverage for your purchases.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Due to the cost of transit and import fees, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please read all of the details about your item before you purchase as all sales are final.

IS IMPORTATION TAX INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE?

Some countries/states/provinces will charge importation fees on goods coming into the country if the amount exceeds a certain level. This is at the jurisdiction of each state and country and is not a fee that we collect, charge or pay for you. It’s good to be familiar with how your home state and country handles purchases and taxes for items purchased from a foreign country or outside of your tax residency.
