Shop Policies …
All items that I sell are acquired in France and ship from France. All purchases are packed and shipped with extreme care. Because I adore everything I sell, I fully describe every item and welcome any questions about dimensions, condition or origin. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Every item in the shop has a detailed description and images and dimensions if applicable, along with a statement of condition (if vintage or antique) or size advice (clothing) or use instructions (home goods). Payments …
Payments are processed through PayPal. With PayPal, you can use all major credit/debit cards. You will receive an immediate confirmation from the site if your transaction has been completed and your purchase was successful.
Shipping …
All items are shipped from FRANCE using DHL EXPRESS International shipping or Standard Post. A tracking number will be provided from DHL via SMS or email. Please feel free to communicate directly with DHL (once you have received shipping information from them) to work out delivery details if you are not home, or need to reschedule the delivery, etc. Small items will be shipped via Standard Post, if they fall under the minimum for DHL. When possible, we can ship items together. Reimbursements for overages in shipping paid when purchasing are given as a shop credit that can be used for any future online purchase or towards future shipping charges.
Very large or very fragile items may require specialty handing and packing and this may add up a little time to the pre-shipping process. I always keep buyers posted on status and known potential delays.
Loss or damages …
Regretfully if an item is LOST or DAMAGED in transit 'RABBIT HILL LIFESTYLE’ claims no responsibility or liability once the item has departed France. (Insurance is available and added to shipping charges if elected by buyer. If your item is damaged in transit, please be sure to provide detailed images of the package (box condition prior to opening) wrapping materials and item damaged so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company used (DHL or postal service).
No refunds or exchanges …
I want you to love what you have purchased as much as I do! So please contact me if you have any questions or concerns after you have received your item. Items are sold 'as-is' which means as described and pictured. All sales are considered FINAL.
International purchases …
Any FEES, TAXES, or IMPORT costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
