You can postpone your booked experience up to two weeks before your scheduled time. However, your deposit or payments are non-refundable. We will do our best to reschedule, but in the case that your time is not re-booked within six months, all deposits and payments are forfeited.

We will do our best to accommodate food allergies or intolerances. Please alert us of your dietary needs prior to booking. In most cases, we cannot provide exclusively vegetarian menus, or specific regimens (Keto,Paleo, etc.).

Currently we do not offer visits or experiences for families with children under the age of 12. Our RH Dinner Events are adult only (over the age of 21).

Because Rabbit Hill is our family home, we do not accept drop-in visits or short notice reservations. Thank you for respecting our privacy and busy schedule.

Almost all of our experiences require a minimum of 4 weeks advance notice. On occasion, we can take a reservation with a tighter window, however it is best to contact us as soon as you know you will be in our area or have your travel plans confirmed.

We are located between Deauville and Honfleur in Basse Normandy and there are various hotel, gites and short term rental options in our area. With travel and accommodations changing dramatically over the past few years, we feel it is best to rely on professional travel service referrals and reviews to find places to stay. Many of our participants and guests have had great experiences with Airbnb and we also recommend Trip Advisor for up to date accommodation reviews or suggestions. We are happy to confirm proximity and travel logistics once you have booked your Rabbit Hill Experience.

Private Normandy Tours - Full Day — Starting at €950 (up to 2 guests).
Includes a curated three-course regional lunch at one of our favorite local brasseries (starter, main, dessert). Beverages and wine are not included. Additional guests €175 per person. Custom multi-day experiences quoted individually.
Includes pre-arrival consultation, personalized itinerary design, and up to 7 hours of private hosting. Transportation is not included unless requested and arranged in advance.
Culinary & Market - Half Day — Starting at €650 (2–3 guests)
Includes pre-arrival consultation, curated market visits, artisan food shops, select tastings during the experience, translation support, and up to 4 hours of private hosting. Lunch is not included unless arranged in advance. Transportation is not included unless requested and arranged in advance.
Vintage Shopping Excursions. - Full Day — Starting at €750 (up to 2 guests) Additional guests €150 per person.
Includes pre-arrival coordination, sourcing strategy, up to 7 hours of private hosting at brocantes and regional markets, negotiation assistance, translation support, and guidance with packing and international shipping arrangements. Food, snacks, and lunch are not included. Transportation is not included unless requested and arranged in advance.
