French porcelain Camembert ‘box’ for storage and baking the classic Normandy triple-cream cheese. 13.5 cm in diameter and 5 cm tall, it is oven and dishwasher safe.
Baked Camembert is a delicious was to enjoy this iconic cheese. This simple yet sophisticated recipe transforms a wheel of Camembert cheese into a warm, oozy centerpiece, perfect for sharing.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove the camembert from its packaging and place it in the porcelain cheese box.
Place the cheese in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the center is gooey. Keep an eye on it to prevent overcooking, as you want it to retain its shape.
Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with slices of baguette or crusty bread for dipping.
