Cook Along from Normandy

A curated series of two-hour live online cooking classes designed as intimate, immersive culinary experiences — perfect for gifting or for personal enrichment. These classes combine technique, and seasonal inspiration and an invitation to step into my kitchen from anywhere in the world. Choose from seasonally themed classes; small group or private sessions centered around a specific dish, technique, or menu, booked at your convenience.

Format:

Live online class via Zoom: Weekdays/Saturday or Sunday.*

Duration: 2 hours.

• Small group or private format.

• Recording available for personal rewatch.

Includes:

• Welcome email with styling and setup suggestions.

• Curated ingredient list and prep guide.

• Printable recipe cards (PDF).

• Tool and cookware recommendations.

• Follow-up note with replay link and additional tips.

Private Custom Experiences:

Tailored one-on-one or small group sessions created around:

• A specific recipe or family favourite.

• Technique-focused learning (sauces, pastry, knife work, plating).

• Celebration dinners or themed menus.

• Special occasions or refined gatherings with friends.

How It Works

• After registering, you’ll receive a welcome email with your workshop details.

• Recipe cards and prep materials will arrive by email a few days before the event.

• Classes are held live via Zoom — informal, personal, and full of conversation from my Normandy kitchen to yours. * - (offered from 9 AM PST/12 noon EST to 11 AM PST/2 PM EST) January - November 2026.

This is a live kitchen experience — so put on your apron and gather your ingredients!
