I can't tell you how much I love having simple and rustic kitchen tools that are nice enough that they don't need to be hidden in a drawer. These graters are very sharp, made in France, and essential for a quick shave of aged hard cheeses over pasta or risotto. This has been my favorite grater in my kitchen at Rabbit Hill for so many years!
