Tongs are definitely on my list of essentials in my kitchen at Rabbit Hill. They are probably the most multi-purpose utensil tool to have on hand for turning meat, tossing salads, re-arranging sauteed vegetables and lifting bones out of stock, to name a few. These are sturdy and clip closed for storage with a silicon hanging ring. I love the natural handle that keeps them from transferring heat to your hand and makes for the perfect grip. 26 cm long.
