Vintage Silver Coquilor à Beurre - Butter Press
Such a charming concept - this is a butter press that makes perfect ornate curls of butter when pressed through this pretty silver press. Called ‘Florador’ or butter in a flower, this one dates to the 1930s-1960s. A fun way to serve butter for a formal dinner or festive gathering. Simply press room temperature butter through the bottom of the press. Chill before serving.
It makes a lovely special occasion gift for an anniversary or wedding.
