A beautifully balanced 12-piece French flatware set, restored and polished. The set includes six classic dinner knives and six butter/entremet knives. The softly contoured handles and raised borders reflect the refined Louis-Philippe styling found in French tableware from the 1920–1940 period.
This era is known for strong hotel-service quality, and the plating weight on these pieces confirms it:
• Dinner knives stamped 18 g.
• Butter knives stamped 10 g.
These heavier silver content weights indicate a durable, high-quality silverplate layer—substantially stronger than modern lightweight production and increasingly difficult to source in cohesive sets. The coordinated sizes, restored finish, and traditional French silhouettes make this a particularly handsome group for both everyday dining and entertaining.

• Dinner knives: 24 cm long, stamped 18 g.
• Butter knives: 21 cm long, stamped 10 g.
• Blades stamped INOX (stainless steel).
• French, circa 1930s.
Original storage box included - antique condition.
A discreet repair is present on one dinner knife blade, and not visible in use. Some blades have subtle polish marks where scratches were removed. Overall in beautiful condition as seen in images.
