This is exactly the kind of piece that tells a story. Originally made as a household washing basin, it has reached that wonderful stage where decades of honest use have given it a character that can't be reproduced. Today, I love it filled with ice and bottles for a garden gathering, beach picnic, or summer celebration.

Dimensions: 40 cm diameter.
Holds water and is ideal for chilling bottled beverages over ice or creating a rustic garden display. Because of its age and enamel wear, I recommend it as a decorative and entertaining piece rather than for direct food preparation or serving.

As with all vintage and antique items, please look closely at the details in the images. We note breakage or chips if apparent, but the patina which is inherent of age, or wear from 50-100+ years of existence and use -- is assumed for older pieces and is not considered a flaw or defect.
