This is one of the best essential peelers that I have in my kitchen at Rabbit Hill. Not only the best for removing skins from carrots, apples and potatoes, it can also make paper-thin slices of zucchini and cucumber. NEW this month - our new 'julienne' blade that creates thin strips of vegetables and fruit! (see last image for an example).
Stainless steel with a carbon-steel blade, it's incredibly sharp. Made in France. Choose from Standard or Julienne blade in the drop down menu.
