This special seasonal class is designed as a relaxed and joyful holiday gathering — and you are invited to cook, sip, chat, and immerse yourself into a truly lovely French holiday experience. Inspired by the French tradition of the apéritif‑dînatoire, you will learn about generous sharing, easy hosting, and creating something that feels celebratory without feeling complicated.

During our two hours together, we’ll prepare:

• Four savory bites to anchor your holiday table.

• Three festive drinks (including one alcohol‑free option).

• Easy yet elegant sweet options to round out the menu.

You’ll receive everything in advance so you can settle in confidently:

• Printable recipe cards (PDF).

• Shopping list and prep notes.

• Tools and equipment list.

Beyond the recipes themselves, I’ll guide you through how to build and pace a holiday-style gathering — how to think about flow, balance, presentation, and the relaxed hosting style that makes these evenings so enjoyable.

Light a few candles, pour yourself something festive, and join in however you wish — cook along, nibble as we go, or simply watch and gather inspiration for your own Christmas or New Year gatherings — from my kitchen in Normandy to yours.

• After registering, you’ll receive a welcome email with your workshop details.

• Recipe cards and prep materials will arrive by group mailing a few days before the event.

• Classes are held live via Zoom — informal, personal, and full of conversation from my Normandy kitchen to yours.

This is a live kitchen experience — so put on your apron and gather your ingredients, or simply pull up a comfy chair with a cup of tea or coffee and a notebook to follow along! (Cook along and nibble — highly recommended!)
