Originally made for preparing sugar syrups, caramel, and preserves, this solid copper sugar pan is as useful today as it is beautiful. Dating to the mid-1800s, it features a warm, aged wooden handle and the distinctive pouring spout that made precise work over the stove a little easier. A wonderful piece for the cook who appreciates traditional tools or for display in a country kitchen.
