Traditional Copper Oval Roasting Pans

Traditional Copper Oval Roasting Pans

from $140.00

I love these practical and stunning copper gratin and roasting pans for their versatility and oven-to-table presentation. The smaller sizes are perfect for baked omelets or side dishes, while the larger gratins are perfect for meat roasts, whole chickens, casseroles, and roasted vegetables.

  • Even Heat Distribution: The design of gratin roasting pans allows for even heat distribution, ensuring that your dishes cook uniformly. This is especially important for recipes that require slow cooking or baking, such as potato gratin or vegetable bakes.

  • When cooked with correctly, traditionally lined pans have non-stick cooking ability without the use of modern and toxic non-stick coatings.
