“A visit to Rabbit Hill was on my foodie adventure wish list since I discovered Cat's website. I had the good fortune to seize the opportunity to attend a one-day workshop during a recent trip to France with my daughter and friend. Cat met us in Honfleur where we were staying. We had coffee at a local spot to review the menu and then she escorted us to the organic market. On arrival to Rabbit Hill we were greeted by some very lively and adorable geese. The farm and setting could not have been more charming. Once in the kitchen we learned many tips, techniques and new recipes that we have all since replicated at home during the holidays. Cat was the perfect mentor in the kitchen. Everything was organized to perfection. It was a most relaxed, informative and enjoyable “hands-on” experience….one of the most memorable moments of our trip. Cat has a special spark that exudes a passion and enthusiasm for French lifestyle and food that is contagious. My only regret is that we could not stay and learn from her a little bit longer….but that will be saved and savored for a future adventure!”
