From appetizers to desserts we came away with a great experience, new friends, new recipes.

"When I learned that Cat was offering her cooking workshops, my husband and I both knew immediately we wanted to go. On the morning of the workshop we met at a beautiful French market and selected items for our lunch. I have to say that we felt like old friends right from the first hello. Their home, Rabbit Hill was such a treat.... the cows, the goats, the geese and chickens and their dog ( Izzie) and their lovely family. What fun to experience a real French farmhouse and a bit of their everyday life. The cooking workshop was such a thrill. We put on our aprons and jumped right it. Cat was so dear to share some of her great tips on meal prep and make it so easy that I've come home with some great recipes and ideas that I am eager to share with friends. From appetizers to desserts we came away with a great experience, new friends, new recipes. We would do it again and highly recommend the workshop to others. Our lunch and day with Cat at the cooking workshop was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Europe this Spring."
