Rabbit Hill Kitchen - Winter 2025 - Recipe Book Club

ONLINE SELF-PACED WORKSHOP: January 12th - 31st 2025

I am excited to introduce our NEW Rabbit Hill Kitchen online workshop! This time we are formatting the course - ‘book club style’ and will focus on winter season recipes from my book, French Kitchen Lessons - Recipes & Stories from Normandy’s Rabbit Hill Farm. I will also be adding several of my favorite seasonal recipes that expand about the basics presented in the book and will give you even more French culinary inspiration! There will also be a focus on cooking with French copper cookware, the French pantry and highlights of tools and essentials for your French kitchen — no matter where you are in the world! The course content is formatted in a guided, yet self-paced way, with detailed course content that you can access with the group during the course period or at your leisure.

The online workshop takes place from January 12th - 31st and registration concludes based on available spots.

(Access to e-course material is unlimited and can be viewed even after the workshop concludes — which is great for those with busy schedules!)

How much does it cost?

The course spans over a three-week period with total course time equating to 30+ hours. The fee is $155 per person for the entire course plus extra one-on-one time and personal assistance with all of your questions and unlimited lifetime access to all of the course content.

Online Workshop FAQs

How does a self-paced online workshop work exactly?

  • You will receive course content via email or links posted on the group page.

  • Please note that a book purchase (not included in the registration fee) is required to follow along with the course work presented in the book club.

  • Throughout the workshop period you can access our private page to participate or review course topics and read supplemental content and blog posts.

  • Toward the end of the workshop, we will meet on Zoom to chat and review the course.

When will the Zoom get together take place?

  • This will be scheduled on a weekend morning/afternoon for North American time zones and equivalent times worldwide.

What if I’m not on Facebook?

  • Participation in the group page is not required but highly recommended, as this is where most of the content and material for the course is posted. This workshop is a great way to meet like-minded foodies and enjoy sharing ideas and inspiration.

  • Not on Facebook? We understand! We suggest you create a temporary Facebook account in order to access the course content. After the course is finished, you can easily suspend or delete your account.

  • Content can also be delivered via e-mail but in this case you will not be able to interact with other group members.

I’m not a very good cook, is this workshop for me?

  • We have all levels of skills in our workshops. Whether you are a novice or a pro, my goal is to make you feel comfortable and to encourage you to try new things - or to perfect your French food repertoire.

The goal of every workshop, is to inspire and teach in a way that you can then create your own personal experience. Need a great meal to serve to guests? … A dish to share on date-night?
