The Digoin factory is an artisanal business that has existed since 1875, located in the heart of the "ceramic valley" between Digoin and Parray-Le-Monial on the banks of the Canal du Centre in Burgundy. It is one of the few French factories that continues the artisanal production of stoneware pottery for culinary use.
This is a never-used vintage oven dish with spout that can be used for any gratin, baked dish, beans, or confits. 30 cm diameter including handles or 23 cm in diameter bowl.

As with all vintage and antique items, please look closely at the details in the images. We note breakage or chips if apparent, but the patina which is inherent of age, or wear from 50-100+ years of existence and use -- is assumed for older pieces and is not considered a flaw or defect.
