French bistro warming stand or chafing dish stand for table service or restaurant buffet. The stand can be used for either and oval platter (ironstone platter included) or flipped over for a round gratin or sauté pan. 36 cm long x 23 cm wide x 13 cm tall / or 33 cm in diameter and 13 cm on the other side.
Warming stands, or "supports à réchaud," play a vital role in French buffet service, merging functionality with elegance. Typically found in both casual and formal dining settings, these stands allow dishes to be kept at optimal serving temperatures
