I had to add something festive for this birthday sale — and you know how I feel about Champagne! A vintage Laurent-Perrier Champagne bucket paired with a set of six antique French coupes seemed like a pretty good way to celebrate.
My own very large — yet somehow constantly growing — collection is made up mostly of unique, mismatched old coupes, but I had to share these: a stunning matched set of six. Some people simply prefer drinking Champagne from a coupe, and I understand why. The way that delicate glass feels in your hand, the wide shallow bowl, that first sip of bubbly — it just feels like a celebration.
