Professional French Copper Saucepan Set
Professional French Copper Saucepan Set
Few things say French kitchen quite like a row of well-made copper saucepans hanging within arm's reach of the stove. This complete graduated set was built for exactly that purpose.
Crafted in Villedieu-les-Poêles, Normandy's historic capital of copper craftsmanship, these professional-grade saucepans were made by Maurice Lefèvre, whose workshops supplied generations of cooks with cookware built to withstand the demands of daily service.
Stamped ML – Villedieu, France, each pan is formed from substantial 3 mm solid copper and fitted with heavy iron handles and copper rivets—the combination prized by professional chefs for exceptional heat control, durability, and balance.

A complete professional set like this is becoming increasingly difficult to find—especially one that has remained together through its working life. Whether displayed on a pot rack or used every day, these are heirloom-quality pieces that represent the very best of traditional French copper cookware. Rather than assemble a collection one piece at a time, this is an increasingly uncommon opportunity to own a complete working battery in the five sizes used most often in the kitchen. From melting butter or warming a sauce to preparing caramel, custards, soups, grains, or small batches of jam, there is a pan perfectly suited to every task.
Why we love this…
With the exceptional ability to conduct heat efficiently, copper cookware promotes precision and excellence in cooking. Traditional tin lined interiors are virtually non-stick when used correctly. Cooking with copper is the best option for everything from sauces to slowly cooked stews, braising and oven gratins. It is unbeatable for confiture and pastry making.
