Vintage Saint-Uze French Filter Pot
One of those wonderfully practical old French kitchen pieces that also happens to look great sitting on the shelf. This Saint-Uze whole tea or drip coffee pot is a complete three-piece set with the pot, its original drip filter and lid — made for brewing via the filter, directly into the pot, long before anyone needed a machine to do it.

Dating & attribution: believed to date to the early-to-mid 20th century. Saint-Uze attribution and approximate age are based on the markings, ceramic, construction and traditional French drip-filter form.
