Authentic 19th-century copper covers with forged iron handles — originally made for working kitchens and still remarkably practical today. A simple, effective solution for covering simmering pots and pans or catching spatters over sauté pans. The iron handles remain sturdy, and the copper warms beautifully with use. The undersides are tinned for easy cleaning and the covers are completely restored for use and ready to hang within arms reach of your stove.
Sizing:
Our current collection accommodates round pots and pans measuring 20–30 cm in diameter.
They can also easily be used on smaller pans (approximately 14–28 cm) depending on desired coverage.
To determine fit: measure the inside diameter of your pot or pan in centimeters. For a traditional rim-resting fit, allow approximately 1–2 cm of overlap.
